Everyone's body structure is unique
What works for some may not work for you. Sorry but that is the truth and you need to do something about it. What can you do though? During your workout, you need to think about which muscle you are trying to work. Don't just imitate what others do! Everyone's muscle structure is different. Some people have a tight shoulder capsule, tight pecs, stronger quads, stronger glutes, tight posterior chain muscle, etc (you get the point!). Depending on where they are tight or stronger, they might feel an exercise working in a different area. People that have a very good physique, usually get stressed in all the right muscles during their workouts. Since some people work repetitive jobs or sit at a desk all day they will have muscle imbalances. This will cause them to compensate during certain exercises. It is up to you to correct those muscle imbalances and I will help you correct them so you can to look proportional.

In the introduction I touched on how everyone's body reacts differently to food, exercise, and dieting. If you want to learn how your body reacts to certain things, first you need to identify what type of body type you are! You might not be seeing the effects that you want to see because you are doing the same thing your best friend is doing in terms of diet and workouts. It doesn't work like that! You need to stick with a specific plan that is right for you!
